How to run a server (P1)

First off,
You want a server you get a steady flow of donations, you want tons of people in it, you want to be able to have a whitelist that hundreds of people want to join in, right? Well most likely, that isn't going to happen without effort from you. You want to first be able to provide a decent server able to handle the amount of people steadily without lagging.
Create complications,
Well if all was nice and normal, it's another server, right? Like one of the few hundreds, or thousands there are. Make there be competition, like for a mod or admin rank. Demote an admin  or mod in a steady fashion to let the lower ones feel like there is a chance for a rank. Learn how to build well from building servers to encourage building well. Create a rank system with benefits.

Encouragement

First off, be creative. You don't want to create a normal house with a roof and maybe a carpet with a window and a door. You also don't want to create a skyscraper with the same carpet and a few doors and mainly windows. You do need a pattern to achieve a look, but the pattern has to be more than just one thing like wood at the sides. Make a church design with pillars around the house or skyscraper. Add a piston design as a wall, make the wall look crazy, make the windows be extended or inside. Don't make it a square or a block, make it a octagon, make it anything except the normal. Make it has an H shape.

Chickens

(More like a little worship)
Chicken, is not herobrine. It is more beastly proportional? Why?
-First, it is a beast. Herobrine is a human.
-Second, It doesn't take any damage from falling. It can fly and it is kinda hard to hit it when it's falling, and you punching, swording, etc could knock it back a bit causing it to fly. 
-Its a chicken. That makes it so much better, a chicken being a chicken.
-No one notices chickens for the people who they really are. They provide feathers, for one of the basically most strongest of all weapons. Arrows. They can kill from far away, very good aim, and pretty strong in general. With enchantments, you can set people on fire every single time you use it. or the ground on fire( I believe)
- Secondly, the great chicken ahtuneik, created the earth. We are simply just a cell to of the many galaxies that support ahtuneik. Currently, he is getting hit by a person called Steve, and we need to rebel with all our might!

Gaming Addictions?

     I have noticed a few people are actually addicted to MINECRAFT. Not the usual game you hear people getting addicted to. What I heard, was that a game called World Of Warcraft was the main provider for addicts, but this game ties in close. So, is it really addicting?

I don't really think it is considered to be an addict ,because you can stop any time you want. It saves the progress. No real competition unless your in a server. You can build as well as you want and you improve with thinking how to be more creative. Not time, time isn't even a necessity at all. All you really need is patience.

More Minerals Mods?

Should you get a mod that let's you get more items like sapphire and rubies instead just mining diamonds?
In my opinion you should not get a mod like that mainly , because It's just more waste. For example, gold, would be a good example. It offers a very week object that has slightly better speed than diamond. It needs? Space for a stack of items, something that can be used as holding of 64 items. Also, it needs organization in chests that store the items.

Now, you will need probably a good 10 chests to store all the new items and even if they are better than diamond, the same concept still applies.

Griefers?

Griefers, the most discussed subject
First off I will introduce Griefers, they are a disliked minecraft theme that destroys people's work. Now, how to explain this unusual behavior?
-First off, I am not a griefer myself, and I doubt I will be in the future.-
I believe griefing to be considered an art to a point of bloody mindlessness. I truly, very sincerely, doubt that griefing is simply to destroy another's work. As "professional" , famous griefers that are banned by now in most servers, they call a destroyed building beautiful. The hatred is like an art, and the quality of it changes it. A building can be crushed half, or be crushed completely. From what I can tell, the half are wannabes while the full are people who understand the art. They understand what beauty it holds in complete destruction. They have to show it to the full extent, the hatred to bring along more hatred.
Bringing to that point, a sad painting displays what? Sadness, what is the purpose of it? what is the painting conveying? Sadness. A act of hatred, destruction conveys what? Hatred.


A insane blogger conveys what? Insanity!  :L

Skinning Tips

First, you take a rather large rock and start scraping the skin off the anim...

FIRST, you want to get a editing program, something that can manipulate the image. I wouldn't suggest doing it online on some program, because it is rather pointless without being able to easily save and use a more detailed program, and a few more trusted sources don't give out viruses.

Afterward, you should start with some basic ideas

You should ask for some request on some community site ( don't know any, go to minecraft.net and it is under community.)

Don't get discouraged by all the obviously skilled skinners, you will get up there soon enough.

Try out every request, and do it more than once. Try out every color shader, color selecter, color etcter (Get it, ect, and add "er" ..shutting up.. ) )So you have a wide range of work with using the programs.

Stage 2

After you have gotten familiar with the programs, I suggest making a combination with one and the other. Meaning a minecraft specific one and then to a more powerful flexible program.

Stage 3

Start asking for more ideas, but now add something. It's called shading and done generally in the more powerful programs. How to shade? Go with lighter colors, darker colors, smudge it. Add detail, and a actual figure. Don't use the same color right next to each other, make the color lighter darker, variation. However, if you really make one color white and the other gray as lighter and darker, the skin will be messed up. Trust in the program's tools and even without visible change it will still appeal to you more.
